We know an American couple in town who lived in Nepal. They love the culture and believe it or not their little kids have been to Nepal while mine have not. We had them over last night for some killer Mo Mo’s. Shreemati’s achar was definitely a hit!
We topped off the night with some great chiya and everyone was happy.
